Insurance and Billing
We are happy to assist you in filing the necessary forms to help you receive the full benefits of your coverage. Insurance benefits are determined by your employer and NOT your dentist. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurer. Insurance companies will not pay for all your costs. Therefore, complete payment remains a patient's responsibility. It is up to the patient to know and understand their insurance benefits. The deductible and co-payment are collected from the patient at the time of service. We are not providers for Delta Dental, all Delta Dental patients are required to pay the total amount due on the day of service provided. We do not accept MA insurance.

Payment Options
We will accept payment in the form of cash, personal check, money order, credit card, Care Credit, and insurance. Payments made in full the day of service are eligible for a 5% discount if paid with cash or check and 3% if paid with a major credit card, excluding Care Credit.

Facilities and Equipment
Dr. Joy's offers Digital x-rays, which have significantly less radiation to the patient versus regular x-rays; digital and intra-oral photography; cerec crowns, which are made the day of service with no impression needed and no temporaries to wear for a couple weeks; orthodontic procedures; and movies are available for patients to watch while procedures are being performed.
